Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Support to join our team. This role is a hybrid of a Sales Development Representative and Marketing Development Representative, with clear responsibilities in maintaining our CRM and data pool up to date and additional responsibilities in coordinating events and content creation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn new technologies and growth marketing/lead generation tactics. You will collaborate with and report to the New Business Development Director.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or marketing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Google for Business
Familiarity with content creation tools and social media platforms.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and growth marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, marketing outreach, and social media engagement. Nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, marketing outreach, and social media engagement. Nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Research:
Prepare the events the new business team will attend by providing them with the researched information about the possible prospects.
- Event Coordination:
Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events to promote our services and engage potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Content Creation:
Work with the business units to create and distribute marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more. Ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
- CRM Management :
Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Scan new profiles. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Growth Marketing & Technology :
Stay updated on the latest growth marketing and lead generation tactics. Implement new tools and technologies to enhance our marketing and sales processes.
