Established in 2005, remote control productions (rcp) is an independent Munich production house for interactive entertainment. Covering everything from HR, finance and legal support, business development, business intelligence, and (creative) production, rcp enables studios to get on with what they do best: creating great games. As a new Business Development Team Assistant/Coordinator (f/m/d) you´ll be part of a team of 6 (and growing) Sales Managers. You’ll be the one making sure everyone has access to the files and data they need, planning and scheduling tasks closely with the Head of BD to keep everything running smoothly. Your role is all about taking care of the admin stuff so our Sales Managers can focus on what they do best – selling! We’re all about teamwork and collaboration here, so you’ll be working closely with stakeholders to make sure we’re all on the same page. Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the BD Managers with business development activities, as well as operational and management projects
  • Supporting processing RFPs from clients and distributing them to our family studios
  • Assisting BD Managers with the NDA process
  • Compiling and maintaining pitch materials, information packets, and proposals
  • Arranging, scheduling and moderating meetings
  • Assisting in maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Collaboration closely with the Head of BD to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Supporting sales and marketing initiatives and improving them over time through experimentation and learning. The ideal candidate has the energy and drive to follow up quickly on tasks and is both proactive and personable in their communication
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate documentation, including meeting minutes, action items and project files
  • Supporting cross-departmental communication and coordination
  • Travel management for BD Team
  • Supporting the trade shows and company onsite events organization
  • Assisting the BD Team with research tasks
