The Opportunity:
The Strategic Transformation Office is critical to support Ensembles growth through flexible but structured best practices. As the Manager of Business Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic initiatives. You will be a member of a dedicated team, working collaboratively across departments to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and facilitate the seamless integration of new practices. The responsibilities include participating on a team of change and continuous improvement managers who successfully implement projects on-time, within budget and with the highest quality. The Business Excellence Manager role will accept ownership for accomplishing new requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Essential Job Functions

Change Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support organizational initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to all levels of employees during periods of change.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Leverage a structured continuous improvement framework and associated tools to enhance organizational performance.
  • Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with leaders to align change and improvement initiatives with overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Drive the execution of strategic plans related to change management and continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive initiative documentation.

Team Management:

  • Serve on a high-performing team of change management and continuous improvement professionals.
  • Ensure team clarity on objectives, scope, and roles, and communicates the work plan with regular and meaningful reports on status and performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
  • Perform other duties as requested to support the Team, Clients, and Business Units.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support the projects estimated at up to 25% of the time.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure understanding, buy-in, and support for initiatives.
  • Excel at stakeholder management via good listening, speaking, writing, and negotiating skills.

Metrics and Evaluation:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess the impact of implemented changes and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Measure change performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Adhere to established best practices and tools for consistency across all projects.
