Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant in Corporate Risk as part of Compliance Business Support. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com . The Compliance Business Support team focuses on coordinating business activity for the Chief Compliance Officer and their teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the overarching operational and strategical programs and initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Support operational capabilities for multiple business groups across Compliance and work collaboratively with the business groups to formulate solutions to operational challenges
  • Work directly with Executive level Senior Leaders to establish and maintain a holistic forward-looking calendar, and matrix of executive routines
  • Coordinate 2-3 deep level meetings across the compliance function
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy, and Business Execution
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of Compliance programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships with cross-functional business partners
  • Assist the Head of Compliance Business Support with ad-hoc Compliance-wide initiatives
