Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within the Home Lending Originations Product team as part of Consumer Lending. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute an educational strategy, playbook, and communications, training and tools for employees in support of long-term product education on Wells Fargo Home Lending’s products and programs to meet the business need.
- Consult with product leaders, product managers and other internal partners in the design, development and implementation of monthly educational webcasts, communications, support tools and resources.
- Survey webcast attendees to evaluate effectiveness and implement recommendations for improvements.
- Own and manage the Home Lending Originations Back to Product Basics resource site which is comprised of 36 product and program pages designed as a one-stop shop for product education needs.
- Perform robust maintenance process to ensure accuracy of materials on the resource site and analyze monthly site usage to identify trends and issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the product education, user adoption and sustainability framework. Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
- May act as an implementation lead for certain projects with no system impacts or product retirements - to include project team collaboration, facilitation of implementation meetings, creation and development of communications, training and support materials.
- Perform other miscellaneous business administrative initiatives as assigned for management team.
