Position(s): Business Generalist - Rotational Development Program
Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Rotational Development Program for Individual Contributor positions.
This program offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple departments within our organization, including customer service, purchasing, planning, unit management, and logistics.
Participants will rotate through these departments over a one year period gaining valuable skills and insights into various facets of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members in customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the purchasing department in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Support the planning team in forecasting demand, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating production schedules.
  • Gain exposure to unit management by assisting with project management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED Required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
