Business Hub Executive
A Business Hub Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Responsibilities:
As a Business Hub Executive, you will be responsible for carrying out the daily activities of the Business Centre to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Business hub executive will also be required to provide secretarial support, manage mail, and carry out all filing. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Typing of guest letters /documents, creating letter head,
- Complimentary cards, CV, Projects, spread sheets etc.
- Laminating, Binding, Scanning and photocopying
- Undertake office clean up/ Filling copiers & printers with papers.
- Ensure accurate record of daily financial transactions
- Pick up store requisition items.
- Updates checklist repor
