The Business Improvement Analyst will support the Canadian Sales Company advancement in the areas of continuous improvement, business process development, commercial data analysis and insights.
You will be the champion and super user of our Dynamics CRM, fostering correct & consistent use, ensuring data quality & consistency, providing training, support and driving improvements in how the organization uses this tool.
Own, implement and manage the Lead Management Process at Sales Company level, in coordination with both the sales and marketing teams.
Execute customer segmentation together with the sales managers.
Support business managers to analyze commercial data across relevant databases, supporting the use of business dashboards and reports.
You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation. Analyze and document detailed requirements for RPA projects.
Work with the organization to identify both new process improvement opportunities and drive a culture of continuous improvement in the areas of quality, cost, efficiency and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design efficient and effective solutions using: Power Platform , Office 365 / SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM, API and other tools considering scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation enhancements.
- Discover automation opportunities, develop and maintain CRM templates.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other technologies.
Education (degree or years) and/or Certification/Registration:
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field, / MS certified professional or comparable.
- Being MS certified or having an understanding in LMSS, E-commerce, ERP and bot usage would be an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attributes Desired in Candidate:
- Curious team player with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Applied knowledge of the tools to achieve the business needs.
- Analytical skills, interpreting data-focused strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and value across processes and services.
- Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
