In Construction Improvement inside Global Construction we provide the regions with digital value-adding solutions for Construction in collaboration with Digital Solutions. In this aspect we have the Business Process Ownership of global digital solutions for Construction in its full life-cycle incl. development, training, and support.
It is a small team consisting of 3 employees, and we work closely with the construction regions and Digital Solutions, in order to service our construction regions around the world.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in working with change management in global organisations
• Experience in provide training and creating creative training materials
• Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)Effective writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Good to have: experience within the wind industry or construction industry

• You will be the Business Process Owner of Procore system etc provided globally to the construction regions including full-lifecycle of digital solutions (design, develop, train the trainer, support/optimize), as well as making sure that training material are available to regions
• You will drive network communities across regions to drive the change management and adoption/roll-out of the global systems inside the regions
• You will support and communicate implementation of changes and updates to system products
• You will together with Digital Solutions facilitate the prioritization process between business and Digital Solutions on development of systems
