REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales and delivery operations, and strategic partnership management
  • Good knowledge and awareness of disruptive technologies like robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot/etc), IoT solutions, logistic automation solutions.
  • Experience and knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and healthcare industry
  • Strong Business and Financial acumen and judgement
  • Strong analytical, planning, project management and execution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations for customers, partners and senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a territory Sales plan including a list of target accounts.
  • Strategize and execute growth plan for Partners for Sell-To and Sell-Through.
  • Prospecting (any and every existing channels, current Customers, Linkedin, exhibitions,) to generatesales leads within target accounts, especially Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing industry for MiRand Healthcare industry for Meditech.
  • Use company’s customer relationship management system (CRM) to manage all customerinteractions.
  • Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solution can meet customers’ needs.
  • Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions.
  • Know the market, competitors, industries for the new product.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers, includingrelationships at senior management levels.
  • Conduct demo of product and manage POC.
  • Understand company’s robotics offering and be able to communicate its capabilities simply andeffectively to internal and external customers.
  • Use our portfolio of products and solutions to position our offering as market leading.
  • Ideate solutions that may sometimes require integrations with other products and solutions.
  • Close sales and diligently work towards hitting sales budget for quarter and year.
  • Follow sales processes including sales orders and other relevant documentation.
  • Take responsibility for explaining our offering during customer demonstrations, paid trials / proof ofconcepts and post sales implementation.
  • Meet revenue target.
  • Must have enough technical background to assess and articulate the customers’ needs to solutioningteam.
