Business Insights & Analyst Consultant

Reporting to our Head of Transformation, as a Business Insights and Analyst at Roboyo, you will play a crucial role in providing our internal teams with actionable insights and recommendations. You will work closely with various departments to analyze business processes, gather requirements, analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans that enhance our business performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies

What you will do:

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support internal decision-making processes.
• Develop and deliver insightful reports and presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within our internal data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop analytical solutions that meet our internal needs.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to drive internal business performance.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal strategies and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Has experience in working with state-of-the art BI tools.
• Is highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills and can think critically about complex issues.
• Has excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Has a solid understanding of business operations and function.

• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  · A proven 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Having worked for professional services / management consulting companies would be advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Any other languages such as German or Spanish are beneficial, but not a must.
• Willingness to travel as required.
