About the job
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (all genders), with proven experience in data management, to join the Business Intelligence and be part of one of the most successful insurtech-startups in Germany selling our services across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and maintaining data extraction and transformation solutions within ELT and ETL frameworks.
• Contributing to the maintenance of centralised self-service reporting solutions (in Looker), dashboards, and automation of data workflows using airflow tools.
• Conducting data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data sources and reports.
• Leading stakeholder management to collect the business requirements and requests for data analysis and reporting
• Monitoring and optimising data infrastructure including database systems, data pipelines and ETL processes

Bring to the team

• A degree or comparable education in Business Administration or Data Science
• Experience with Data ModellingMethodologies, Data cleaning, and knowledge of SQL/Python/Airflow
• Excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate at a high level and work closely with cross-functional teams, in an agile environment
• Capable of managing multiple projects independently from start to finish.
• Fluency in Business English (German is a plus)
