KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. preferred
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role of Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for integrating and analyzing data to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions. This role involves a combination of technical prowess in handling data through SQL, Python, and Power BI, and strategic thinking to assess customer patterns and market opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain robust data integrations using APIs across various platforms including HubSpot and CDG.
  • Perform data cleansing and consolidation to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Create and manage Power BI and HubSpot reports to identify trends in customer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the BI Director and other key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve data strategies based on organizational goals and performance feedback.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
