VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI EMEA team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As a BI Analyst, you have been already exposed to the BI subject matter, either at the University or in a first work experience. You will participate in the design and deployment of key strategic BI Solutions. You will support your Lead Manager in daily activities to ensure product adoption and contribute to the verification and continuous improvement of reporting data quality. Direct exposure to the end-user community is crucial in this role, as is an advanced ability to conceptualize and test solutions from source system to BI solutions.

We expect you to deliver unbeatable results while fulfilling the following aspects of the BI Analyst role:
Gather and understand Business Requirements
Transform Business Requirements into Logical Data Models and high-level Technical Requirements
Communicate the gathered information with the technical team
Implement reports as a Superuser
Manage incidents and provide support to the Business Community in addressing their data/tools challenges
Skills for Success
To succeed as a BI Analyst, you must translate our business objectives into a coherent BI design, follow up with the implementation team, double-check the final deliverables, and follow-up their adoption in the Business Community. Strong empathy and influencing skills will help you get both the business and the technical team on board. We are looking for someone with a service-oriented approach who has:
An attitude of teamwork, aiding colleagues in resolving issues, and hastening your own learning curve about the technical landscape and business processes
A general understanding of Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse applications
Understanding of Data Modeling principles
Hands-on experience in data investigations
Experience with Visual Insight platforms (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, IBM Cognos preferred)
Experience with relational data access (SAP HANA, SQL Server, Redshift…)
Exposure to Fashion/Retail industries in prior experiences is considered a plus
Knowledge of the main SAP GUI, back-end tables, and their interactions is considered a plus
