Business Intelligence Architect

Overview:
One Source is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Architect with the passion to transform and
lead the data strategies and deliver innovative solutions. This team member will have the responsibility for designing
and implementing advanced BI solutions, leveraging their expertise with building data warehouse solutions.
This role will be instrumental in defining the organization’s data architecture, integration, modeling, and delivery of
actionable insights in partnership with the business. One Source thrives on a culture of continuous improvement for all

clients, senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and team members.
Responsibilities:

EDUCATION:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in Business Intelligence design and development with corporate BI solutions such as data warehousing, ETL, reporting dashboards and predictive analytics.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

o Ability to be a thought leader and drive consensus for solutions.
o Proficient with application and documentation of architectural patterns, modeling, views, and styles
o Excellent professional communication and the ability to communicate technical concepts in an
understandable and concise way to clients and employees
o Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI tools
o Proficiency in designing, developing, and managing CI/CD processes in the BI domain.
o Expertise creating data models and orchestrating ETL processes.
o Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
o Proven ability to architect end-to-end BI solutions that meet complex business requirements.
o Leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering collaboration and skill
development.
o Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of data-related challenges and solutions.
o Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
o Experience with data visualization tools that enable machine learning and artificial intelligence solution
building
o Relevant certifications in BI and data architecture are highly desirable.
