JOB SUMMARY

As an Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include data modeling, creating reports, and collaborating with partners to meet their data reporting needs. You’ll work with Microsoft reporting technologies and leverage Databricks for data analytics.

• Data Modeling and Warehousing:
• Structure diverse data sources for analysis.
• Design and maintain data models to support reporting requirements.
• Data Analysis and Insights:
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and patterns.
• Translate business needs into tailored BI solutions.
• Reporting and Visualization:
• Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft reporting technologies (e.g., Power BI, SSRS).
• Collaborate with partners to create important visualizations.
• Databricks Integration:
• Apply Databricks for data processing, analytics, and machine learning.
• Work with data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with business authorities to understand requirements.
• Work closely with data engineers, architects and scientists.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft reporting tools
• Basic understanding of Databricks or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superb communication and collaboration abilities.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of data visualization best practices.
