Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Our client, a forward-thinking company located in Calgary, is seeking a highly motivated BI Developer to join their growing team. They’re currently tackling a mountain of projects, and they need someone who can hit the ground running and help them keep up with the workload. In this role, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive significant business value.
Translate business requirements into Qlik Sense applications and develop end-user business-oriented dashboards, self-service analytics and reports.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain data models for efficient reporting and visualization.
Craft interactive dashboards and reports using industry-leading tools like Tableau, Qlik Sense, or QlikView.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality through data cleansing and transformation processes.
Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
3+ years designing, developing and deploying complex BI solutions
You’re an expert in crafting clear and compelling data visualizations using Tableau.
While not mandatory, experience scripting and developing with QlikView or Qlik Sense is a major plus.
