- Verantwortung für die Datenqualität im CRM für Deutschland
- Kontinuierliche Pflege, Neuanlage, Anpassung sowie Kontrolle von Kundendaten und Begleitung zukünftiger CRM Prozesse
- Konkretisierung und Durchführung von CRM Onboarding Trainings und Austrittsprozessen/-übergaben unter Einbindung der divisionalen Key-User
- Weiterentwicklung & Anpassung der CRM Prozesse
- Übernahme von „red flag“ Themen sowie Eskalation von nicht funktionierenden Prozessen
- Erstellen einer Berechtigungsmatrix; Definieren von Mindeststandards für Customer Accounts, Leads & Opportunitie
