JOB SUMMARY

As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to Compass’ core business. You will work closely with the business to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. You will also be responsible for creating reports and presenting your findings to leadership.

Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences and make data-driven product recommendations
  • Create reports and presentations that communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to leadership
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, customers, and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and product development

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, data science, or computer science
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A passion for data and a desire to continuously learn and improve
