JOB TITLE: BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SENIOR ANALYST

Responsibilities:
BI Request Management:
- Independently manage and optimize the intake process for BI requests, utilizing platforms like Asana to ensure efficient and organized handling of stakeholder queries.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams in gathering and refining requirements, leading the delivery of impactful ad hoc analyses without external assistance.
- Demonstrate advanced documentation skills, ensuring comprehensive and aligned reporting documentation across the organization.
Data Transition Support:
- Take a leadership role in the ongoing data transition from the existing data warehouse to a new data lake, ensuring BI operations seamlessly align with the data migration timeline.
- Utilize strong prioritization skills to independently categorize and manage requests based on urgency, complexity, and strategic alignment with data transition goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for specific business domains, independently fostering robust relationships with stakeholders to deeply understand and address their analytical needs by steering the direction of the analysis or report using strong business intuition.
- Conduct regular check-ins and clarification meetings with stakeholders, providing comprehensive updates on ongoing tasks and analyses.
- Independently design, develop, and maintain sophisticated BI dashboards and reports that not only provide actionable insights but also align seamlessly with other departments within the company.
Self-Service Reporting Empowerment:
- Gradually empower business domains for self-service reporting within PowerBI workspaces.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of criteria for endorsing self-service reports, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
