Responsibilities:
As a Business Intelligence Specialist for Global Sourcing, Supply Chain and Sustainability, you will work closely with the lead business process architect based in the US on new or optimized processes supporting the end-to-end operations for material master data management in our ERP systems (SAP / S/4 HANA based). You will have the responsibility to create or update processes, partnering with GTS (Verizon IT) to design and integrate the technology to support the business process. When changes in technology tools are needed, you will create the business requirements, work through design, testing, training and implementation for the needed solution. You will work in a cross-functional and cross-organizational environment (including Third-party partners) to facilitate and deliver the business solutions needed.
You will be responsible to:
- Understand operational business processes and opportunities across Global Sourcing, Supply Chain and Sustainability in the area of material master data management.
- Conduct, design and build business process models based on best-in-class operations.
- Identify, own, and drive resolutions to gaps in the lifecycle delivery processes.
- Lead and guide cross-functional, internal and external teams to create and deliver complex, integrated solutions to meet our business processes and requirements.
- Create and execute test plans to perform integrated testing and/or user acceptance testing for different bug fixes and/or project releases
- Create and deliver training to end users.
- Develop, train and transition to production support teams after implementation and stabilization.
