THE VACANCY

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business and Law Lecturer to join our team at North Lindsey College. As a Business and Law Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to our full-time and/or part-time students. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Lecturer for a caseload of students, providing them with engaging and informative lessons.
- Ensuring the quality of the student learning experience through effective delivery of formal teaching and tutorials, while supporting student progression towards successful completion.
- Embracing new learning technologies and implementing them within your teaching, both in the classroom and online.
- Managing and maintaining student morale and discipline, collaborating closely with college managers and the team to create an appropriate learning environment.
- Recording and reporting data and information accurately and in a timely manner, including Individual Learning Plans, e-registers, assessments, and student progress records.

This role is permanent, full time (35.5 hours per week).
