Our client is a high-end Sydney CBD-based boutique Commercial/business law firm that attracts work that you would experience in mid-tier to top-tier firms. They have a position available for a motivated junior lawyer with 5-10 years PAE who want to have true autonomy and be versatile across a variety of areas of law.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 5-10 years PAE +
- Hold a commercial/business-focused mindset
- Be open to working across a variety of practice areas
Responsibilities:
- General commercial law, Employment law, property law, general commercial matters, family law matters, insolvency, drafting commercial contracts, loans, contractor agreements, employment agreements, commercial agreements, IP Law, Succession planning, and shareholder agreements.
