The Business Leader is responsible for building and leading one of our world-class workwear businesses. They are accountable for inspiring their team to create a brilliant experience where our customers feel delighted, surprised, and excited with every interaction.
THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Business development/sales experience.
- Has lead a team of 5 team members or more effectively.
- Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience with the Syspro ERP system preferable.
- Is fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for effectively managing the day-to day operations and financial performance of the retail business.
- Actively building and maintaining customer relationships as well as seeking new business opportunities.
- Empowering and inspiring their team to maintain and grow strong long-term customer relationships.
- Continuously searching for new innovative ways of improving the success of the business.
- Proactively searching for incredible people to join the team.
- Have a thorough understanding of our workwear solutions; ensuring their team is also fully aware of our full product and service offering.
- Ensure all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
- Oversee that all customer orders are processed brilliantly with outstanding orders kept to a minimum.
- Ensuring there is always effective communication with all customers on everything related to their orders and quotations.
- Available to work on weekends when required.
