Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business/Legal Studies Teacher to join a dedicated faculty on a Permanent Full-Time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with enthusiastic colleagues in delivering innovative and high-quality teaching to students.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Hold relevant education qualifications, including current NESA accreditation.
- Proficient in differentiating the curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners, with a focus on improving educational outcomes.
- Possess a genuine passion for the subject matter and the ability to inspire students across various stages.
- Skilled in utilizing ICT to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Collaborative mindset, actively contributing to the success of the department and broader school community.

Responsibilities:
- Teach Social Science subjects across all stages, with a preference for experience in Stage 6 Legal Studies and Business Studies.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students through varied teaching strategies and pedagogical practices.
- Participate in Student Growth Model, which may involve collaborating with Integrated Learning Teams.
- Foster collegial relationships within and beyond the faculty, contributing to the supportive culture of the school.
- Demonstrate a commitment to pastoral care and the social and emotional well-being of young women.
