Description:

Purpose: Provide support to the PMO Quality Section to include: training requirements, documented information, quality audits and contract performance measurement including policy interpretation, requirements analysis, planning and administration, compliance reviews, and status reporting.
Positions Reporting to this Function: Operations Coordinator Supervisor (Training), Operations-Fleet Instructor, Document Control Specialists, Principle Trainer, GCSS Army SAP Manager/Trainer – Supply, GCSS Army SAP Manager/Trainer – Maintenance, and ESOH Training Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Directs and leads subordinates on the day-to-day operations of the PMO Quality section to ensure assignments are carried out in a responsive timely manner.
  • Provides guidance and assistance to assigned personnel on current Performance Work Statement (PWS), policies, and procedures.
  • Plans work schedules and distribution of work and assigns work; explains work requirements, methods and procedures; and assists with resolving problems.
  • Assists in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and training plans.
  • Ensure that training documents are maintained in Amentum’s system of record.
  • Resolves issues and recommends actions to pursue continuous improvement efforts for the program.
  • Ensures compliance with safety directives, appropriate occupational safety and health standards, and applicable industrial safety publications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a US Passport.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of training or Quality Management System experience required.
  • Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required. Computer skills include a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to meet and maintain all base access security requirements.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
