DESCRIPTION

You will:

• Assist Budapest and EMEA MRD Management as required to ensure the Department is run efficiently and effectively
• Support and/or co-ordinate recruitment, training and other HR initiatives in co-operation with the HR department
• Ensure adequate oversight of Policy and Procedure framework, Audits, and other process/control validations
• Maintain Outsourcing Agreements, Business Continuity Plans, Risk and Control Self-Assessment and other documentation as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

• Ability to effectively communicate in English both in written and verbal form
• An interest in working in a fast-paced environment, including frequent communication with a diverse set of partners in Budapest and our other offices, mainly London and New-York
• Energetic and dynamic personality who can work independently and get things done
• Attention to detail and ability to provide information in usable formats, such as tables, charts
• Experience in a financial institution and/or a multinational corporate environment is preferred

Team Profile:
The Market Risk Management Division (“MRD”) is responsible for the independent identification, analysis, reporting and escalation of all market risk exposures arising from business activities, acting independently of business management and providing an effective challenge process.
