REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical
  • 10 years experience in coating additives
  • Develops and executes winning go to market strategies for the product portfolio – Both direct and indirect
  • Identifies, develops and negotiates contracts for supply with the major coatings manufacturers
  • Manages key distributor relationships and leads regional sales projects and campaigns
  • Works in partnership with regional technical, product and supply chain teams to drive continuous supply of materials to the region

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customers’ commercial and technical needs and opportunities in the appointed region
  • Fulfill customers’ needs through budgeted resources of local organization
  • Develop the ideas for customer specific local strategies and implementation
  • Work with existing distributors and search for potential customers in these countries
  • Generate, evaluate and report market and competitive information to ensure competitive advantage
  • Provide high quality and complete data input to ensure a proper market and account management
  • Analysis of market development and potentials, propose ideas for improving own market position and exploitation of potentials
  • Identify, set up and support manage or control offensive and defensive regional growth initiatives
  • Ensure optimal data quality/consistency for regional decisions and regional process excellence
  • Perform target-performance analysis of abilities - derive measures - accompany cultural changes and accompany them accordingly
  • Manage and execute a sound strategy and plan that drives revenue, awareness and market adoption in the countries
