We’re seeking an experienced Business Manager to play a pivotal role in driving excellence and growth at our Burwood East Clinic. Collaborate closely with our Chief Veterinarian and key stakeholders to optimiSe operations, improve patient care, and enhance client experiences across private and shelter clinics.
Key responsibilities include cost control, budget forecasting, performance reporting, continuous improvement, customer engagement, and strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications as a veterinarian or a veterinary nurse with previous experience as a Business Manager in Veterinary Clinics
• Candidates without veterinarian qualifications, but with extensive experience in veterinary clinic business management and a strong understanding of shelter operations, are strongly encouraged to apply.
• MBA highly desirable, but not essential
• Shelter experience highly desirable.
