Business Manager, Helsinki, fixed term

Valio Baking & Cottage Cheese business category has an open position for a fixed term Business Manager in Helsinki. (about 1 year).
Your main responsibility is to manage and develop the baking and cottage cheese business categories according to the category’s and Valio’s strategic goals.
To succeed in this role, you need to be business-oriented, innovative, and self-driven and have a passion for food products, baking and/or cooking. You should have the ability to independently identify and pursue plans and actions in line with category plans and targets. Previous experience in business management is required. You know how to take the lead and manage projects in cross-category and functional teams.

• Excellent communication and language skills: fluent Finnish and English

• Manage and develop the baking and cottage cheese businesses in a results-driven way
• Create and execute Valio baking and cottage cheese category business plans
• Identify and develop future business opportunities in your portfolio
• Lead NPD projects and work closely with both internal as well as external stakeholders
