EDUCATION

• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field is required.

EXPERIENCE

• At least three years of pharmaceutical industry and/or client interface experience, preferred.
• Background in business management or account management, preferred.
• Understanding of project management principles is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Previously held role in technical capacity or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Requires Business acumen skills.
• PC knowledge and skill sets utilizing Microsoft Office products.
• Well organized, and detail oriented.
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across a portfolio of projects.
• Responsible for the client experience.
