We’re looking for the next Business Manager to run our Oamaru store.
Your key focus will be:
Building a high performing team and helping them achieve results.
Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs plus seeking continuous improvement.
Fostering a great team culture.
Managing budgets, P&L and financials.
Jumping on the floor and helping serve customers when needed.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of leading and managing successful teams, ideally, in the retail environment. You will be highly organised with a strong focus on sales processes.
You will also have:
The ability to build solid client relationships and encourage repeat business.
Sound knowledge of the dairy sector and rural products and services in general.
Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers.
Solid computer skills and enjoy working with up-to-date technology.
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and help when necessary.
