Business Manager, Pro Audio Business Development & Marketing

Are you passionate about driving business growth and leveraging Sony’s core audio expertise? Here’s an exciting opportunity for you to take the lead in expanding our business in the professional headsets and audio microphone category across the European market.
As a Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies for our professional audio products in key markets, especially the UK, Germany, and the Nordic region. You’ll work closely with both existing and developing new channels using our brand reputation and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales and establish Sony as a leader in the pro audio industry.

You will:

• Develop a growth plan tailored to each market, focusing on growing sales for professional headsets and audio microphones.
• Implement go-to-market strategies including partnerships with retailers and direct-to-consumer initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for B2B retailers and Imaging Products & Solutions division, driving teamwork and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Analyze sales performance and report to the European Personal Entertainment team and management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Define and confirm sales forecasts and commercial investments, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Implement pan-European actions and Personal Entertainment strategy.
• Perform analysis and control, including sales, profit, commercial investments, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
• Run daily business management, pricing, and promotional planning for the assigned area.
• Collaborate with countries/Imaging Products & Solutions to implement business strategy and drive market share growth.

You will bring:

• Experience in consumer and business sales and/or marketing environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships across departments and regions.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP BW, BI, and AMZ tools.
• Personal responsibility and work towards results.
• Relationship building and teamwork.
• Effective planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
