Fixed term temporary full-time, 03/06/2024 to 17/11/2024 with possibility of extension.
As the Business Manager, you will lead and deliver business support across a wide ranging and complex system and geographical region supporting a diverse range of services across the North West Hospital and Health Service.
The position will provide specialised expert, timely and proactive advice and deliver across a broad range of areas including business planning, financial management, operational management and performance improvement.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in financial reporting, as well as experience in business performance, organisational performance monitoring and reporting, contracts management and grant reporting, human resource management, and stakeholder and consumer engagement. You must have the ability to provide business focussed high quality advice and deliverables to staff across the integrated health service cluster, in order to improve services, resource management and budget integrity. This may include the delivery of services by third parties. You can expect: -

- To support continued improvement of health services by always participating in quality improvement opportunities.
- To excel in patient safety by active contribution to a framework of sound clinical governance.

Base salary ranges between $5062.30 - $5432.80 per fortnight
- 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer super contribution
