Sii Sweden is looking for an ambitious and driven Business Manager to join our team in Stockholm. We are an international IT consulting company delivering top-notch services both locally and nearshore from Poland, where our mother company is based.

Your role
- Build close relations with customers, and strengthen customers’ trust
- Discover and understand customers’ goals and requirements, and analyze them in terms of feasibility to create a competitive and winning offer
- Participate in the estimation of an offer value including costs of Sii work, subcontractors, licenses, equipment and materials, risk contingency
- Build trust and make customers feel confident that the Sii team guarantees the success of the project
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with candidates and your own team of consultants
- Promote Sii’s one-stop-shop offer to your customers
Your skills
- Experience in staffing, B2B sales and candidate presentation
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Natural determination, ambition, and fighting spirit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility, discipline
- Higher education degree
- Earlier experience with recruitment is considered a plus
