Reporting directly to SIS Managing Director, the Business Manager will:

• Provide leadership and guidance to a small highly skilled, multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants.
• Strategically manage and drive a robust Occupational Rehabilitation and Early Intervention strategy and post-injury management system.
• Deliver tangible financial, operational and customer outcomes.
• Ensure best practice management of relationships with all parties involved

QUALIFICATIONS

• Full and current registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist and Rehabilitation Counsellor
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Passion for leading, coaching and developing others
• Commercial acumen to drive business growth, quality initiatives and marketing activities
• Highly organised, with effective time management
