REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry (essential)
  • Previous leadership experience within an agency (essential)
  • Demonstrated success of managing a P&L
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As our State Manager in Perth, you’ll lead strategic management and coordination across the WA branch. Your mission? To not only meet but exceed financial and safety targets, steering our national operations in alignment with Tecside’s corporate direction and DNA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organisational goals. This involves analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and forecasting future business needs.
  • Financial Management: Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring financial performance. This includes managing revenue streams, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervising day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Providing leadership and direction to employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to the business and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with external organisations, suppliers, and industry partners to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of business initiatives.
