Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE LIFE BETTER

The Business Marketing Manager (BMM) is responsible to develop and execute the Go to Market Approach for assigned portfolio of products and solutions, services in alignment with Market’s Business and overall Marketing Strategy and works with Business to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches.
He/She supports the APAC Business Leader HPM AMD and EC in the interaction with the business and especially the BMC process. The BMM also supports and coaches the Modality Sales and clinical teams in the Market as a One Point of Contact and ensures Marketing Strategy and plans are aligned according to the plans.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Marketing Plan and Execution

  • Supporting the head of Marketing in Creating the Health Systems Marketing Plan for the market by providing Customer Insights and global Business Strategy.
  • Driving the Business specific execution of the Health Systems Marketing Plan, translating, and aligning those with the BMC Plans.
  • Supporting the Business Leader in the BMC process.
  • Providing Market and Customer Insights and Trends to the Business
  • Performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Products, Solutions and Services.

Perfect NPI

  • Supporting the Business by providing market insights and trends, reviewing the value proposition of the global plans in the product development phase, and localizing it for the market.
  • Responsible to form the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch.
  • Responsible to drive local product launches in line with the global strategy and overall market business strategy.

Marketing Sales Support

  • Capture, assess, and act on win/loss analysis.
  • Create localized assets and content for sales team in collaboration with the Marketing Operations team.
  • Supporting Sales team with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments and tools to support in maximizing business opportunities.
  • Point of contact and “go to” resource for modality sales specialist and clinical application teams.
  • Support Head of Marketing and Events team for customer facing events to generate new leads and prospects

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • University Level of education in Business Management with 10-15 years of experience.
  • Experience in leading marketing in complex organization or a commercial function in large MNC
  • Experience in change management as it relates to culture and mindset of a complex organization including capabilities building, process design, ownership and implementation.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships within matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers, cross business and cross function.
  • Champion growth of Marketers across the organization
  • Customer focus and good problem solving skills.
