Responsibilities:
- Process Community billing and send monthly statements to Resident/POA.
- Collections – Process payments each month and follow up on late or incorrect payments from all payors.
- Maintain documents/data to assist Corporate Accounting in processing Medicaid claims/billing.
- Interface with staff on time keeping, personnel paperwork, and scheduling.
- Complete Resident Agreements and maintain Resident/Front Office filing systems.
- Supervise the day-to-day front office functions of receptionist.
- Process of Accounts Payables. Coordinate with other departments on coding and processing.
- Maintain office and computer equipment within policies.
- Communicate significant issues with Regional BOM.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
