Business Operations Analyst

SALARY: £26,000 - £30,000 PER ANNUM, DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE + EXCELLENT BENEFITS

We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Data team based at SCRI. You will provide administrative and financial services to the local clinical team, the US team, patients, consultants and third parties to facilitate the overall care and financial aspects of services within Sarah Cannon Research UK.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Review the study budget for all UK studies, check for completeness, accuracy and conformance with study protocol
• Work closely with the Budgets and Contracts team to ensure timely communication and resolution of additional approval and queries
• Record patient visits based on clinical worksheets and internal sources into the Clinical Trial Management System in accordance with the study budget and protocol
• Record all study and patient related activity into the CTMS in accordance with the study budget and contract
• Review the missing visits report on monthly basis and ensure all entries and status are accurate;
• Interim/final reconciliation for UK clinical trials for any potential missing visits/charges (study management fees/quarterly fees/monthly maintenance fees)
• Work closely with the US and site team to ensure timely resolution of any invoicing related queries
