Responsibilities:

The Business Operations Team plays a central role and is responsible for the strategy/design and implementation of end-to-end processes involved in the Procurement and Facilities verticals within the team. We are responsible for supporting internal stakeholders’ sourcing and onboarding of new vendors, and managing the renewal process for any existing vendors. We also ensure that purchasing contracts and arrangements are fulfilled in accordance with internal legal and security requirements, as well as business policies and procedures. As a Business Operations Analyst at Moveworks, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational processes, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making to fuel our growth and success.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various cross-functional projects from initiation to completion - ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline and budget.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of strategic initiatives to support the Business Operations objectives.
  • Develop/build and implement new processes and procedures to enhance performance within Business Operations verticals. Establish and maintain team key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance metrics and track progress against strategic initiatives.
  • Provide regular communication to Business Operations and Finance leadership on selected category and department performance, and various initiatives in a clear and concise manner.
  • Supporting the procurement function by engaging with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal adherence to Procurement policies and procedures during the contract process, and maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
