Responsibilities:

  • Own and coordinate all aspects of the SMS business unit Health & Safety (HSE) function including processes, online tools, training, external audits, documentation, contractor management and others.
  • Coordinate HSE system evolution and improvement initiatives; foster a strong HSE-centric culture across the organization; complete HSE audits.
  • Develop, implement and maintain contractor certification and ongoing management system to ensure consistent service delivery that meets strict performance metrics and HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate development, implementation and maintenance of workflow management systems across all SMS service product lines in concert with the corporate IT function.
  • Ensure operational functions are positioned to enable scalable growth, consistent customer experience/product quality and operational risk/costs management.
  • Own the commercial project bid-to-invoice lifecycle across all cross-functional teams.
  • Work across SMS functional teams to identify, track and drive improvements in all aspects of the bid-to-invoice lifecycle using periodic internal reviews, management and customer feedback.
  • Own the fixed asset tracking system and associated processes (audits, inventory controls) to streamline management and maximize utilization of loan pool assets.
  • Implement, track, analyze and report service metrics and KPIs for all SMS teams; provide management teams with timely and accurate performance data.
  • Own the business unit incident management system and drive the culture of continuous improvement via coordination of root cause analysis and effective incident resolution.
  • Oversee implementation of quality control/quality analysis systems in SMS operations; coordinate possible certification in collaboration with corporate teams.
