Responsibilities:

As a Business Operations Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading sales reporting and analytics that provide timely insights
  • Leading Sales forecast calls, managing weekly / monthly / quarterly sales operation cadence to support Sales Management
  • Partnering with sales leaders to set go-to-market strategies, territory design, sales targets and quotas through enhanced analytics
  • Conducting additional ad hoc analysis, ensuring compliance related to use of sales tools
  • Leveraging sales tools (e.g. Salesforce) to perform analytics on deal commitments and pipeline
  • Providing first tier support for queries related to sales process, forecasting, tools, reporting and commission

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have relevant professional experience in business analysis
  • Possess effective analytical and quantitative capabilities with an ability to provide data-backed analysis
  • Have end user experience with a CRM tool; e.g. Salesforce.com
  • Have experience in a finance or operations role interfacing with sales teams
  • Have PowerPoint skills required for managing and presenting data to an executive audience
  • Demonstrate effective business-partnering skills, particularly with senior sales management
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, deadline driven environmen
