Business Operations Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Report to Director, Business Operations
• Oversee all aspects of the Group’s global business operations, including CRM, P&L, contract management, delivery management, etc.
• Monitor the entire sales and post-sales cycle to improve regional teams’ overall performance and efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and take initiatives. Work closely and support regional teams, to ensure smooth daily operations
• Supervise team member on data entry and analysis
• Improve/streamline existing operational processes in different regions
• Ensure business operations are in compliance with the Group’s policies, guidelines, procedures and regulatory requirements; facilitate internal audit work
• Work closely with different functional departments such as IT, HRA, and Compliance
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in related disciplines
• Should have proficiency in English
• Knowledge in business operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements is an advantage
• High level of attention to detail, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking and working independently
• Good team player, strong sense of risk management and compliance awareness
• Proficiency in Excel is an advantage
• Willing to travel abroad
