Business Operations Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in Investment/Asset management domain
• Hands-on experience with:
• Market MEDM
• Blackrock Aladdin

• Manage client and portfolio data in various systems, including Blackrock Aladdin, IRIS, and Market MEDM
• Set up and maintain securities, map internal and external systems for end-to-end data quality
• Research and resolve issues, handle queries and system exceptions related to held securities
• Monitor pricing exceptions, compare prices with different data vendors, and update reports
• Upload bulk requests using bulk up-loaders and macro-enabled loaders
• Ensure data accuracy and quality, follow procedural guidelines, and validate supporting documentation
• Liaise with data vendors, requestors, and management to resolve issues and improve processes
• Provide training to team members and new joiners on roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate with onshore leads to understand requirements, concerns, and improvements needed
• Perform daily reviews of team tasks for accuracy and precision
• Monitor mailbox for alerts and requests, and set up valid securities in the system
• Maintain client data within the client central repository, including onboarding new clients, updates, amendments, hierarchy changes, static data updates, mergers, and deactivations
