JOB SUMMARY:

  • Collating information, proof reading, analysing and producing meaningful reports and management information from data on existing systems, including Board reports and RAG reports using Excel, PowerApps and Word
  • Ownership and maintenance of various MI that is produced for Business Operations
  • Recommending efficiencies in MI capture and reporting
  • Responsible for creating and documenting some system processes
  • Assist with the new starter induction plans for Private Wealth and Employee Benefits
  • Supporting the production of information for the annual audit
  • Ownership of the time reporting system, Harvest & Clockify
  • Responsible for producing and analysing Partners’ quarterly times/cost statements
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing small operational projects
  • At times you may be asked to support other managers within the business; and any other ad hoc work
  • Participating in appropriate company and departmental training, competence and development initiatives

KEY SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Confident working with Excel and a thorough understanding of formulas, pivot tables and other analysis tools are a must
  • Enjoys data and analysis

Responsibilities:

To support the Business Operations leadership team in Foster Denovo. Business Operations is responsible for the delivery, development, monitoring & reporting and efficiency of propositions, services and processes our clients and Partners (financial advisers) expect in our Private Wealth and Employee Benefits teams. This role is primarily focused on data collation, reporting and analysis.
