JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you a self-started, a good communicator with apt attention to details? Then this Business Operations Associate position is for you! Arrow Electronics is looking to hire Business Operations Associate to join our team in Guadalajara!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for business operations from quote to cash, they will work closely with the sales team and be a liaison between Arrow internal resources, vendors and customers. This person must have excellent communication skills and is able to multi-task efficiently. This individual will work across Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) teams as a problem solver and able to deal with ambiguity.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.

• New customer/supplier onboarding support
• Management of purchase orders and escalations from the partner community.
• Assist with customer dispute resolution to include invoice variances, returns, tracking of shipments and ensuring billable orders to completion.
• Assisting sales team with backlog management
• Articulate and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Post sales credit processing - customer account reconciliation.
• Customer centric approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to think on a grand scale as well as attention to details.
• Other duties as assigned.
