POSITION SUMMARY

The Technology Business Operations Coach (Executive Coach) ensures the Partner experience is the best possible following company processes and procedures. This position requires a high level of independence and strong client service and skills. Organisational ability is also important to keep track of all tasks. Accurate and timely tracking their work, and related documentation including timesheets is required. They must keep up with industry trends, Pax8 marketplace solutions, technology solutions for Partners and modern business practices.

IDEAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:

  • At least seven (7) years of experience in a management role of an SMB Technology Business.
  • Experience in Strategic Frameworks like EOS, OKR, StratOp, Gazelles etc.
  • Experience with PSAs and Other Tools for IT providers.
  • General knowledge of IT applications, business processes, and software.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and client service skills.
  • Skill in strategic planning with an ability to think and plan ahead.
  • Experience with planning and preparing written communications.
  • Experience leading people and getting results with a strong client orientation.
  • Willingness to attend industry events.
  • Ongoing self-training to preserve professional viability is a must.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals.
  • Ability to develop people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals.
  • Ability to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action.
  • Ability to handle conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.
  • Ability to see ahead to future possibilities and translate them to breakthrough strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts 1:1 coaching sessions for a diverse set of partners and maintains high level relationships.
  • Facilitates Group Coaching Sessions.
  • Creates and Delivers Instructor Led Training.
  • Identifies valuable partner facing content and shares it via LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Create resources for use in the LMS, Coaching, Group Coaching, and Instructor Led Training.
  • Documents time spent and results achieved during partner facing activities.
  • Train and Mentor peers (example: Partner Education Specialists).
  • Attend and Present at Local Industry Events.
  • Undertake Professional Development to Apply to Partner Education.
