JOB TITLE: BUSINESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Now, we are embarking on a global journey to expand our verticalized travel experience, providing an end-to-end travel platform for trips, experiences, and concierge services.
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Wander. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for streamlining processes, optimizing systems, and facilitating smooth operations across various departments. The Business Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing contracts, overseeing systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient transitions between departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in operations management, business administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness before sending them to the legal team for review.
- Oversee and optimize various systems, including CRM, phone software, and other sales enablement tools, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop property revenue projections and capital expenditure costs, contributing valuable insights to strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) consultants, supply marketing team, and lead generation team to align operations with business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, legal, marketing, and onboarding teams, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist in researching and securing permits for homes in collaboration with the permitting and licensing team.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to track key performance metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making.
