JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Business Operations / Biz Ops Lead to join our team. We are looking for a resilient, resourceful, pragmatic individual excited by the prospect of working at an innovative start-up aiming to bring together financial and environmental markets. You should thrive in the face of ambiguity: keeping composure when decisions are unclear or challenging is a must. You will be a strategic thinker who is able to keep track of multiple moving parts, and to work across multi-stakeholder groups to drive concrete and realistic outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead deep dive and root cause analyses to identify operational gaps and develop and implement solutions
• Oversee critical projects, ensuring timelines, objectives and deliverables are met. This range could include:
• improving our pipeline planning and capacity management as we deliver key products across our Commercial and Ratings team
• designing a new internal process around our product delivery
• structuring reporting and delivery processes around our innovation work
• implementing and improving company-wide tooling
• Working with the VP Ops to help the organisation improve existing planning, prioritisation and monitoring of goals and strategic delivery
• Facilitate and enable cross-functional work and stakeholder management between Sales, Customer Success, Ratings, Product and Data and Engineering

You will be our ideal candidate if:

• You have 6+ years’ operational experience in a fast growing organisation
• You are a ‘fixer’ who is comfortable quickly making an impact on unstructured problem sets
• You thrive in the deep end and enjoy ambiguity
• You have experience in designing and implementing cross-functional processes
• You are highly organised and flexible, with an ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals
• You are comfortable with project management tools such as Asana, and can confidently make these tools do the heavy lifting
